Problem

The UNDP regional office required a comprehensive system for monitoring and assessing complex political, economic and social risks across multiple dimensions. Existing data sources were fragmented, inconsistent, and lacked standardization across indicators needed for evidence-based crisis monitoring. Critical gaps existed in economic modeling capabilities, particularly for early warning indicators and poverty simulations.
